4 /5 Sheena Claudine Salvanera: Almost finish with their 30 day program here and honestly so glad I found this place! Moving to South Melbourne had me completely off track with fitness, but this studio really helped me ease back into it.
What I loved most was how many classes they offer throughout the day - makes it super easy to fit into any schedule. The app is also really user-friendly, no confusing booking process which is always a plus.
Massive shout out to my favorite instructors:
✨Lizzie - hands down the best for lower body workouts and her playlists are chef’s kiss. Her energy is just infectious and makes even the toughest sessions fun
✨Izzie - absolute legend with instructions. She really takes time to make sure you’re in the right position, which is so important when you’re starting out
✨ Amy - Her sequences are straightforward and non-complicated, but don’t let that fool you - they really get the job done! The classes are challenging in all the right ways without being overwhelming.
✨Jessica - Her strength classes are excellent. She explains everything very clearly, which makes it easy to focus on form and get the most out of each movement.
I will say some instructors speak quite softly which can make it hard to follow along, and occasionally the flow feels a bit random, but that’s pretty minor in the grand scheme of things.
My only wish is that they’d offer a membership option specifically for this South Melbourne studio only, rather than just the full network access. Would love a single-location rate since I only ever come to this one anyway. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
