I brought in some very special diamond jewellery that had belonged to my mum for restoration, and from the moment I walked through the door, Julie-Anne and Ronnie made me feel completely welcome and at ease. They truly go above and beyond—nothing is ever too much trouble. Not only did they restore the pieces beautifully, but I also had a couple of custom items created, and I was absolutely blown away by the craftsmanship and attention to detail. You can really see why Klepners has been in business for so long—they genuinely care about what they do and about their customers.
