Kate Prestt I had been reluctant to give personal training a go for many years but want others to know my journey with Gary has made me better equipped to take on new fitness challenges with a stronger mindset. I didn’t realise how much I needed to “recalibrate” but looking back on my 12 week journey I’ve gone from limited mobility to increased flexibility, strength, energy and improved posture. I started with six weeks in person and then moved to online coaching to enable me to do the exercises at a time that worked for me. With Gary’s help I’ve learned a lot. I needed to do the hard work but it’s been worth it and I have felt supported on my journey.

This gym is amazing value for what you pay especially against membership costs of other places. Option to pause membership and no cancellation fees. I’ve been going here for two years and never had any issues. Love this place
