dean bryant Very disappointed. Terrible management. The staff are rude and not helpful at all!! They just stand aside but not help to improve the kids skills. The staff student ratio is 1:10. Some of the kids are even unsupervised.

Adam Detwiler I had the privilege of learning from Emanuel (one of the therapists here) at a local event where he was sharing his knowledge at the same time as providing a live demonstration of how he goes about working with his clients. From assessing the situation to offering immediate relief to the kind volunteer from her pain, Emanuel was able to quickly add value and did so with a great sense of humour, putting the patient at ease. Highly recommend.

Team Elite Boxing - VIC
Tamar Ipradjian I’ve been doing boxing with Pete for a while now. Boxing is very important to me as it’s helped my fitness, mental health and made me shape up. I was very comfortable training with Pete even as a beginner when I started he’s very thorough and made me feel very comfortable. My son also trains with Pete, he’s very good with him and made him build up his confidence. I highly recommend Pete for beginners and definitely for advance boxing.

Fiona Woodhouse It’s more than a gym. It’s a community of local ladies of all ages and fitness who support each other and have a laugh. Sharnae, my PT, has consistently mixed up my sessions to keep my interest and tailored my exercise to work around my injuries. In conjunction with an improved diet I have dropped a dress size and feel so much stronger & more confident. Highly recommend if large gyms are not your thing.

Beth Monagle I love coming to Reformer Pilates with Bridget - she is so informative, helpful and kind! I haven’t done much Reformer before so she is really great even if you are new to it. Her studio is so lovely and clean. I love coming to my weekly sessions and hope to keep this in my routine always. Highly recommend!! Xx
