Fitness and well being certainly drew me to V02, however the inclusive and professional environment, and the value and convenience have kept me there! He has done a fantastic job in adapting to an online model during our recent lock down periods. Keep up the great work!

5 /5 Chantelle B: This is by far the best personal training studio in the area! Absolutely love the boot camps and group PT, as well as one on one sessions with Daniel. Its the perfect place for women to work out, because its so supportive and comfortable. The sessions are always something different, and you meet great people along the way. Also really love the hydraulic equipment as it gives a really great workout without putting extra pressure on joints etc. Seriously I cant thank Daniel enough for everything he always puts into our sessions, and I think Vo2 is above and beyond what any other gym could ever offer.

The group PT sessions are truly something. They cater for a range of fitness levels, with a forever growing variety of exercises and challenges, and always offering something new. City Cave Crows Nest - VIC

Simone Lucas Such a relaxing space. Was the first time I had floated and I was quite nervous! The staff were so welcoming and reassuring. The float was total bliss. I had a soft rainforest track playing and I literally feel asleep! The facilities and amenities are wonderful and high end. I will definitely return and would highly recommend to anyone who wants total bliss for an hour
