Alexandra Hall I love hot recovery, the way it has been set up is so aesthetically pleasing. You feel calm as you walk into the sauna. You have your own shower in the room, with a sauna you can plug your music into and use different light therapies during your 60 min session. The best way to recover!

Layla Minshull 3 months ago on a whim I signed up for a free 5 day pass at F45 Sutherland. Last week I completed my 45th training session. A massive thank you to Shen, Bec and Saskia. Such an incredible trio who along with all the other members of F45 Sutherland have made me feel so welcomed from day one. Shen, Bec and Saskia have helped to improve my form, keep me accountable and challenge me to push myself each and every session. It’s a gym filled with members of all ages and fitness levels. I absolutely love training at F45 Sutherland and I strongly recommend it to anyone! This is only the beginning of getting my health and fitness back on track. It’s the best I’ve felt for a very long time and I’m feeling fitter and stronger both mentally and physically. Still along way to go but at least I’m on my way.

Maida Racasa I’m so glad I chose BFT Dandenong as my home studio! I didn’t know what to expect as a newbie who didn’t know anyone during my first trial session. I felt warmly welcomed and supported by not only the awesome coaches, but also the other members. This encouraged me to continue attending the sessions. As it’s a new studio, I really admire the spacious and well-maintained environment, the equipment and the facilities. I also like the music they play in the background! I highly recommend BFT in Dandenong, especially while their classes are fairly small, so you can really get one-on-one personal coaching. And it’s worth the price as a member!
