1 /5 Kylie Rose: The young guy that was working in here in the morning a couple of weeks ago, he was good looking which probably got him the job, but blatantly unhelpful and he certainly wasnt hired for his customer service skills. He had no customers yet seemed like he would rather just sit in his chair and people watch rather than be of any assistance. My Vodafone phone account wasnt working upon landing and I needed to locate my driver and I was struggling with 3 big suitcases and a backpack. He didnt even look at the phone, he told me there was a pay phone upstairs! I went upstairs and walked around looking for it struggling with all the luggage only to find out it didnt exist. Thank goodness for the kind woman, Marie, at the information desk who simply made the call for me, half an hour later when I found her. That one man alone is enough to put me off vodafone for life. Wasnt a nice first impression to have of arriving into Australia for anyone new to the country either. I have now switched to Telstra.

5 /5 Rachael Cortesi: Tahlia was extremely helpful! She was the only one on the desk and had to spend some time helping the older couple in front of me. As I was staying long term in Melbourne, she gave me some good recommendations of what plans to use as the tourist ones would not be best for me. She did not make me feel rushed despite there being a couple people behind me too.

1 /5 Amina Khalid: I had an extremely disappointing experience with one of the Vodafone’s customer service representatives. The representative was not only rude and unprofessional, but their remarks were also racially insensitive. This behavior is completely unacceptable and does not reflect the standards of respectful service customers should receive. I have raised this matter to vodafone as well, and I will make sure to that she pays for her rude behaviour. Also, I expect this complaint to be taken seriously, investigated, and addressed to ensure no customer has to go through a similar experience in the future. I wish I could have gone to any other network provider’s franchise at Melbourne Airport!

5 /5 Eurp: A gentleman, named Adi, was friendly, polite and really helpful. I just found out that Id lost my sim card after taking care of my father overseas for his heart and kidney diseases for months. He assisted me to get a new one promptly and also place it into my phone. Thank you very much. Without mobile internet, itll be difficult to get home tonight. Im sincerely grateful. And Vodafone is still always my favorite mobile phone network.
