1 /5 Kylie Rose: The young guy that was working in here in the morning a couple of weeks ago, he was good looking which probably got him the job, but blatantly unhelpful and he certainly wasnt hired for his customer service skills. He had no customers yet seemed like he would rather just sit in his chair and people watch rather than be of any assistance. My Vodafone phone account wasnt working upon landing and I needed to locate my driver and I was struggling with 3 big suitcases and a backpack. He didnt even look at the phone, he told me there was a pay phone upstairs! I went upstairs and walked around looking for it struggling with all the luggage only to find out it didnt exist. Thank goodness for the kind woman, Marie, at the information desk who simply made the call for me, half an hour later when I found her. That one man alone is enough to put me off vodafone for life. Wasnt a nice first impression to have of arriving into Australia for anyone new to the country either. I have now switched to Telstra.
