1 /5 Hanna Vess: Unprofessional and Misleading Service I had a highly disappointing experience with Madu Warnakulasuriya. I sought immigration advice but was provided with misleading and improper guidance that caused significant stress and inconvenience. It became apparent that the lawyer is not adequately qualified or competent to handle immigration matters. I felt the service was overly focused on financial gain rather than genuinely assisting clients. Furthermore, I was asked to pay in cash for their services, which raised serious concerns about the legality and transparency of their practices. Additionally, the lawyer appears to use paid media interviews, such as those on AUSLANKA TV, to gain clients. While publicity is not inherently wrong, the interviews seem orchestrated for marketing rather than providing genuine insights to the community. I strongly believe that legal professionals should prioritize the interests of their clients and operate transparently and ethically. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service to others. I hope my review helps others make informed decisions and prompts the lawyer to reassess their practices.

5 /5 Sriyan Wijesinghe: I had a very positive experience at Warna Legal. I sponsored my nephew for a visit to Australia under Sponsored Family stream. From the very outset I found Madhu (lawyer, who advised me) to be very attentive and understanding regarding the plight of nephew, and gave me the most appropriate advice and guidance at the time regarding the type of visa, I should apply for. The matter was handled in a timely manner and the visa was granted very quickly. I found them to be professional, and the staff I dealt with were very courteous and friendly. I wish Warna Legal every success in the future, and would like to recommend their services to anyone who is considering, acquiring immigration assistance.

1 /5 Karsten Pruehss: I needed documents notarized for an Apostille, and when I submitted the documents to the Department of Foreign Affairs, they informed me that the notary was done improperly and the documents cannot be accepted due to missing signatures from the notary. When I called Warna legal to get get the pages that were missing a signature signed, they refused to help. Now I have to get a new document set prepared and renotarized. This time Ill choose a competent lawyer. Dont waste your time and money here. EDIT: Im happy to attach the receipt of my payment to this business as proof that I have on fact been a notary client for them. Shame on you for your dishonesty!

I worked with Warna legal to get some documents getting notarized and authenticated. They were so good at explaining what is needed, very flexible with our time and followed up my work with DAFT even though it took longer than we expected to receive the documents from them. They even kindly sent the scan of all the documents to me before I pick them up from their office due to the Melbournes lockdown. Excellent customer service.
