musicalmarfan I love coming to reception, coach Jackson is amazing in a group setting, ensuring that we get the right technique and always pushing us to our max. Classes are always planned incredibly well and different classes each time. They run every 30 minutes from 5:00 am which is amazing. I suffer from a knee injury and they have helped with my recovery amazingly.

Greg Tate UBX Palm Beach is an absolute standout. Steph and the team are supportive, knowledgeable, and bring great energy to every session. The workouts are super versatile — perfect for any age or fitness level. And if you love boxing (or want to learn), this is 100% the place to be. Peter Simpson F45 under Steves tutelage was great, but the rebirth as Squadron has lifted the experience to a far higher level. Exercise stations are way better and are tailored to the Members needs. The trainers are the same fine folks, and keep us all working hard, with encouragement and the proper techniques explained. Having the Studio open for personal sessions is an added bonus. I pay less than I did when I joined F45 in March 2017. Dont just believe me though, come and do a Trial. Youll love it!!
