5 /5 Cathie Smith: I traded my LDVD90 at Werribee LDV. Adnan greeted me asking how he could be of assistance even though on the day he was extremely busy with other clients. Adnan apologised advising he was busy which he made me a cuppa tea which I sat outside drinking and having a smoke or two. lol Adnan’s professionalism, respect, communication and answering silly questions by me. I was so impressed with his knowledge of the new 2025 LDV I bought one. Initially I was meant to get the car end of May but due to America’s tariffs on China which affected worldwide the car could not be ordered. Throughout the whole process and when the car was ordered Adnan communicated each step of the ordering and delivering with me. I would rate his salesmanship 10+ I would give him 100/10. I’ve bought a number of cars through my days and I’ve never had such great communication and follow up as Adnan has provided. He is exceptional. Do yourself a favour go to Werribee LDV and meet him. Adnan also has a colleague named Falyazuddinn Syed who is also friendly and knowledgeable. On the day of pick up Falyazuddin explained all the settings to me and was very patient. He also makes a great cuppa. Both Falyazuddin and Adnan compliment each other and are a great team as they both work together as a team. Which is great to see in such a competitive job. I wish you both all the best in future sales and I hope each person who attends Werribee LDV has a pleasurable experience and welcoming as I received. I love my new beast and thank you again Adnan for the great communication and updates on the ordering and delivery of my beast.

2 /5 Rajeev Ranjan Lal: I called to book a service and mentioned a few issues that might need diagnostics, but was told they’re no longer offering diagnostic services for LDV as they’re focused on clearing a backlog. My booking was scheduled for over a month later, which makes me question how much attention the vehicle will actually get. The staff were polite, but this highlights a bigger problem — the LDV service ecosystem seems geared towards quick, routine servicing while avoiding the more complex diagnostic and warranty work that customers really need. It leaves owners feeling that once the car is sold, proper support becomes an afterthought. If you’re expecting anything beyond a basic service, it’s better to avoid this centre — under their current capacity, they’re unlikely to address real issues for at least two months.
