1 /5 hosein alizadeh: Today, I waited in line for over half an hour to deposit cash into my account. Unfortunately, there was only one staff member available to assist customers. After a long wait, the staff member informed me that she did not have time to count coins and would only accept banknotes. It is also worth mentioning that there was no coin deposit ATM available at the branch for customers to use. I kindly request that you take the necessary steps to improve service quality in this area.

1 /5 Maximos Zachariadis: I have been waiting for more than 40min to reset my password! They were understaffed and the customer service representative refused to see me because I did not have an appointment! She compared the bank with the doctors office and asked told me that I should have an appointment booked if I wanted to be seen. The manager was also busy and could not see me and I was told that I have to wait 20-30 min to see her. I find this customer service experience utterly ridiculous and frustrating. They should just close the branch and do it by appointment only. Shame! Shame!Shame !

5 /5 Frank S: Located in a busy, strip shopping, upmarket area, this is a large traditional style branch with staff behind counters and safety glass. The branch seems a bit rundown, tired and dark, with a lot of lights turned off. Staff were helpful for the several things I had to take care of in person. I really appreciate being able to take care of my business banking in a convenient location and hope this branch isnt closed! There is an ATM outside but no change machine, and I couldnt see a cash deposit machine either, which is a bit strange as its a very large branch and obviously has the space.

1 /5 vinayak goel: Opened an account online, called the customer service and they said you can walk in to the branch. Just to be safe i called the branch, nobody picked up so i left a voice message. Went to the branch and she said they cant open the account have to schedule an appointment. In 2023, if you have to jump so many hoops to open a bank account then it tells you how good that bank is No wonder they have to close branches, ing is way better

1 /5 Matthew Southwell: It took 2 hours to open an account. Lisa the manager was very dismissive and didnt offer any apology for taking so long. The bank was practically empty and the staff were just chatting behind the counter the whole time. Dont waste your time, go to another bank.
