1 /5 Coupe DeVille: ZERO STARS Customer service is appalling. Closes whenever it likes without warning. Today was 2PM. Who knows why. Just rubbish. Find another bank.

1 /5 Gio: They literally look at you as you are bothering them. The doors start to be unfolded at 9:30am, so by the time they are ready to serve you is past 9:30. I dont know why I still come here. Was about to walk in and the guy stopped me saying that I had to use the selfservice. Didnt even ask if I needed help with it. So the lady behind me just went forward ant took my place in the cue. Than he gives me a card and tell me just to swipe the card and deposit. I asked if you could show me how to do it and he repeated the same thing. The worst customer service in all banks I work with. WESTPAC your Mr J needs urgent training.

5 /5 Michelle Free: I have to say when I had been to this branch only twice I was surprised that each time since then the staff remember my name and the greeting is always warm and friendly. The service is always relaxed, welcoming, fast, as well as friendly. I prefer to go to this bank than some of the other branches in other suburbs because the level of service is above average.
