1 /5 Lammie Kwan: Not enough people at the teller, was told to wait in line then sit down then queue again the 2nd time and then sit down again, after which my simple prob still couldn’t get resolved, wasted time.

1 /5 Anne-marie Williams: Rang a week ago to make an appointment with a business banker, today we took time off work and went to the appointment, to be told he’s not a business banker! And he can’t do what we need, we need a business banker, that’s why we booked an appointment for a business banker! you have just wasted our time and delayed our needs another week before we can get in to see a “business banker”. When I rang to make the appointment I explained clearly what I needed it was confirmed in an email, and the Gavin even began our meeting with “I understand you require ….? Yes!” Not happy.

1 /5 Vince Cassidy: Dakshi V. Booked us an appointment at 10.30am Monday to see a home loan specialist, though aparently he was in another important homeloan meeting. We were shown the door. I travelled half an hour to get here. Then I had a phone call from Scott, the "branch manager", he was very appologetic, he said the homeloan specialist would call me. He never did. I like to have access to bank branches, though wouldnt phase me one bit if they closed the doors here. I suppose Ill have to take my homeloan to HSBC for 6.04%. Id suggest others do the same. This in not financial advise, do your own research.
