1 /5 Dilan Dom: I recently had a very poor experience with Craig Anderson at the Westpac South Morang branch. I was looking to get a valuation done on my property, and despite providing all the necessary details, including important variations (upgrades), Craig completely overlooked them in the valuation process. As a result, the valuation came back significantly lower than expected.
When I raised this issue, Craig persistently insisted that the valuation was correct, refusing to consider the upgrades that were clearly relevant. Frustrated, I decided to go to the Bank of Melbourne (which is part of the Westpac Group) for a second opinion. Their valuation took the variations into account, and the result was accurate and much more reasonable.
On top of this, Craig was rude and unprofessional throughout the entire process. His attitude was dismissive, as though he knew everything and didn’t care to listen to his clients. This is not the level of service one expects from a professional banker, and I would strongly advise others to avoid dealing with him.
Very disappointing experience with Westpac.
