1 /5 Celin Mazloum: I had an extremely disappointing experience at Wespac Bank. The staff were unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Instead of assisting me with my concerns, they were dismissive and condescending. It felt like they had no interest in providing good customer service. I expected a lot more professionalism and courtesy. I wont be returning to this branch again. Especially rina rima whatever her name is !

1 /5 Dilan Dom: I recently had a very poor experience with Craig Anderson at the Westpac South Morang branch. I was looking to get a valuation done on my property, and despite providing all the necessary details, including important variations (upgrades), Craig completely overlooked them in the valuation process. As a result, the valuation came back significantly lower than expected. When I raised this issue, Craig persistently insisted that the valuation was correct, refusing to consider the upgrades that were clearly relevant. Frustrated, I decided to go to the Bank of Melbourne (which is part of the Westpac Group) for a second opinion. Their valuation took the variations into account, and the result was accurate and much more reasonable. On top of this, Craig was rude and unprofessional throughout the entire process. His attitude was dismissive, as though he knew everything and didn’t care to listen to his clients. This is not the level of service one expects from a professional banker, and I would strongly advise others to avoid dealing with him. Very disappointing experience with Westpac.

1 /5 jacob s: I sent my partner in today to go buy some coins... She was met with 2 extremely rude ladies my partner had gone in and asked if they sell rolls of coins... The lady said yea sometimes in bags sometimes in rolls, so my partner asked for a couple rolls and this said worker turns to another co worker at the counter, the chick behind the counter scrunches her face turns to my partner and goes "do you even bank with us!?" When my partner answered no the lady just snaps "well then we cant do it anyway!"..... To say thats disgusting behavior is an understatement... Will definitely be making sure I let everyone know how this store treats their customers.. pathetic
