Rebecca Patel Couldn’t be happier with Dave’s Muay Thai classes. His technique and teaching are phenomenal, and he does a great job of making it fun to work hard, if that makes sense. The other members are friendly and helpful, and there’s always a playful, positive vibe. There are different class types throughout the week, ranging from fitness-focused, to technique-focused, to sparring. Dave is great at making sure everyone—from newcomers to advanced—gets the support and coaching they need. Pricing is fair and there’s a free trial. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality training with a fun crew!

David Townsend Michael consistently provides a welcoming and supportive space. The group classes are fun, interactive, and highly motivating. Ecofit is a perfect gym for people of all fitness levels. Keep up the good work legends!
