North Shore Gym - VIC

Dustin McClung Great long time gym. The classes are mostly full so you have to book them now, but the majority of them are included in your access fee. Super friendly staff and a great community of people. Definitely one of the better gyms around (if not the best!) We have a great group of people at the 5:30am classes, which are the perfect way to start your day! My son has also recently started going to NSG and we have found the PTs work great with him. It has really helped his confidence and gives him a great outlet while studying. Cannot recommend getting yourself (and your kids) into some regular exercise - the mental health benefits are huge, and NSG is the perfect place to do it!

Stronghold Strength & Wellness - VIC

Vignesh Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at Stronghold strength and fitness. The trainer christian is very friendly, motivating and extremely qualified. Even with having a very busy work life, Christian has found a way for me to fit training into my schedule and stay super motivated to keep pushing each week. Christian has been very supportive, takes the time to get to know you and what your goals are and never makes you feel under pressure. Would highly recommend!!!

His caring, optimistic, and encouraging attitude kept me motivated and fully engaged throughout my rehabilitation journey. Thanks to his support, I was able to meet all the goals we set for my recovery. AL-Moayad is knowledgeable and has excellent interpersonal skills. He communicated clearly and consistently, ensuring I understood each exercise and keeping me informed about my progress at every stage. He also demonstrated great professionalism and adaptability, adjusting the plan as needed based on my progress and any challenges I faced. He regularly incorporated a variety of exercises to keep our sessions both effective and engaging. I am very grateful for the care and knowledge AL-Moayad provided, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of physiotherapy.

South Yarra Strength - VIC

Karen P. SY Strength has surprised me in the best way possible. I used to be an active person but life got in the way and this is the first time in 13 years I’ve stepped into a gym and my first time doing strength training. My fears of alpha grunting couldn’t be further from reality - they’ve fostered an incredibly welcoming community and Charles’ training is 5/5. He takes the time explain and course correct, he pushes me beyond my own expectations and I now actually look forward to the physical activity again.
