They dont speak English, never call you back and send you wrong size clothings if youre lucky enough to receive it because they either dont send anything or send it to the wrong address unless you keep asking wasting time on the phone. When you call back to tell them that they made a mistake then they just tell you to call back in 6 months and make the lamest excuse. Pathetic. No accountability and no ambition.

1 /5 Sebi N: Frustrating experience. No real help for struggling families. You have the option to go 4 times a year to get some rotten fruits and vegetables and expired noodles. No eggs, no bread. Also nothing left if they book you after 11 am which is so unfair and ridiculous. So humiliating to stand in line behind someone who clearly can afford food with their expansive designer handbag and glittery shoes waering a very pricey head covering. The system is rigged.

1 /5 Lucy Nyu: This is the worst place I have ever dealt with when needing help. I cant believe how rude and lazy the woman was I talked to last time. Straight up lied about rescheduling an appointment. I never got a call back. There is also no option to make a complaint about the lawyer who supposed to offer legal advice but just ends up yelling and treating people in a dehumanizing way. Please explain how Arab women with 4000 dollar handbags get free food and other support while real poor people who are from somewhere else who cant even afford to pay rent dont get the same assistance? The whole operation feels like a scam. No support for the disabled only for the fake refugees.
