Jarrod Wicks Humble is an outstanding gym with a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. Josh, the owner, takes a personalised approach, making sure everyone feels comfortable and gets the guidance they need. Hell set you up with routines so that youre not lost on what to do, then keep track of your progress and adjust along the way. Feeling unsure that youre doing something right? Just ask, and Josh will answer straight away. Otherwise, it doesnt take long for him to notice and then offer up some guidance on what to correct. Its like having a personal trainer but without the big cost! The community here is fantastic—no big egos, just people focused on improving themselves. Since joining, I’m feeling better than ever at 42, both physically and mentally. Whether youre new to the gym like I was or experienced, it’s a great place to train. Highly recommend!

Sonny Gregorio As soon as you walk in the staff smile at you.The place has all the facilities you need.It also has child or day care service for parents who wish to get fitness while reliable people look after their kids.It is clean and would make you feel relaxed. It is very close to shopping centresand surrounds with other communal facilities. The parking area is huge.
