1 /5 zPotentxL: After speaking with staff then leaving a review about my disappointment regarding the power rack package I purchased, it seems that my review has yet to reflect on your website, advising potential buyers of the flaw that particular bundle has. It seems intentional and outright misleading for my review not being published, so Ill outline here instead where it cant be hidden.
This establishment is bundling benches with power racks, knowing that it is not the recommended and optimal bench to use within the confines of the rack, leading to awkward posture during workouts, especially benchpress.
The solution to this was to return my current bench at a fraction of the cost and purchase a more expensive bench. This was not what I was expecting. In all honesty, I would have been happy to be sent a replacement flat bench just to circumvent the issue Im having, but that gesture was not offered.
Im far from completing my garage gym setup and was planning to purchase many more products from your store, however I will no longer be doing that. Choosing to lose $200-300 in order to make thousands in the very near future is a baffling decision to make.
Choosing short term profits over customer retention is a telltale sign of a company who does not value their customers. I will be going elsewhere to finish my gym setup.
