I’m contacting express my frustration regarding a recent experience I had at one of your locations. As a long-time loyal customer of Subway, this is the first time I’ve encountered issues with both the service and the charges.
During my visit, the staff member (Mahek) charged me an additional $1.50 for a piece of extra wrapping, which I found unusual, especially since I only requested that my my food long bread to be packed separately for my two young children. When I requested, she informed me that this was against store policy due to a directive from her manager.
Additionally, when my children added avocado and lettuce to their footlong bread, I noticed the amount of avocado was minimal, and I was charged $2.80 for it. Given the small portion provided, this charge felt excessive.
As a loyal customer, I’ve always appreciated Subway for its quality and customer service. However, this experience was not reflective of the standard I’ve come to expect. I would appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that you can look into the policies regarding extra charges and packaging, as this experience has left me questioning the service at this particular location.
