I enjoy saunas as they are so good for you but is hard to stay in the necessary time needed to cleanse when it’s quiet. Great place to meet here too… so welcoming for someone from out of town. So clean & friendly vibe makes it more comfortable as a woman going there solo

Jarrod Smith The best equiped gym I have ever set foot in. If you can’t find the piece of equipment you need here, it probably doesn’t exist. Always great energy in the gym with a great mix of serious athletes and everyday punters. I am always motivated being in here. 24/7 access and the shop / cafe opening hours are surprisingly good. As long as I am living on the beaches I’ll have a membership here. Staff are friendly. Bathrooms are clean. Gym floor is tidy (especially for such a large gym).
