5 /5 Martin Toomey: I loved that relaxed feel and geniune passion that the studio and it teachers have for Yoga. After recovering from a serious work injury the membership has been instrumental in solidifying Yoga as a core part of my routine, it has improved my relationship with my body, my relationship with my partner (as we go together) and also helped my sleep and mood. As a 50 year old male whod always gone to the gym and always thought Yoga was for girls ive found my experience at My Mama Said to be life altering and life improving. Im more mobile and calmer than ive ever been. Just give it a go guys!

5 /5 Melissa Finlay: I have been taking classes at the My Mama Said studio in Seddon for over a year now, so when the Yoga by MMS studio opened in Williamstown I was definitely keen to check it out. It did not disappoint! As soon as I walked into the beautiful studio it had an immediate calming affect on me. Its warm and welcoming, as are all of the teachers Ive encountered there. Ive now made attending a class at Yoga by MMS once a week part of my routine to give me the time for some reflection and gentle movement. If you are local to Williamstown I highly recommend checking out this beautiful space.
