Jody Murphy SWC has been the best gym I have ever joined. Being unfit and overweight l felt nervous about joining a smaller gym, but my experience has been great and inspired me to keep going. The trainers are motivating, skillful and create a fun but challenging space where members encourage each other through each workout.

Maida Racasa I’m so glad I chose BFT Dandenong as my home studio! I didn’t know what to expect as a newbie who didn’t know anyone during my first trial session. I felt warmly welcomed and supported by not only the awesome coaches, but also the other members. This encouraged me to continue attending the sessions. As it’s a new studio, I really admire the spacious and well-maintained environment, the equipment and the facilities. I also like the music they play in the background! I highly recommend BFT in Dandenong, especially while their classes are fairly small, so you can really get one-on-one personal coaching. And it’s worth the price as a member! ReForm Health - VIC

Britt Hannan Cant recommend the team at Reform Health enough. As a client for over three years, the treatment and care has been fantastic. I have been under Monica and Brads care during this time for my lower back and more recently my pregnancy. Monica has been great and helping me return to exercise postpartum and helping strengthen my core. The pilates classes is also recommended.
