5 /5 Karin Capparelli: I went in hoping to repair an old chain. The lovely manager Mani was so helpful. She took the time first to make sure it was silver. She even cleaned it for me. Then when it turned out that it wasn’t Stirling silver, she didn’t try to push me to buy anything. I asked her what she had that was within my budget. She gave me options that were not expensive. Mani did all this with lots of patience and kindness. I found the ideal chain I needed at a very reasonable price. I was very happy with the friendly and efficient service that both Mani and her assistant Martina provided.

1 /5 BEST CABINET MAKERS: I bought a ring for my husband after a week, a diamond fell out. I brought it to the shop for fixing, and they took more than 2 months but still not finished yet, it was supposed to be 2 weeks. No one called for updates as well. We are really disappointed
