Karin Capparelli I went in hoping to repair an old chain. The lovely manager Mani was so helpful. She took the time first to make sure it was silver. She even cleaned it for me. Then when it turned out that it wasn’t Stirling silver, she didn’t try to push me to buy anything. I asked her what she had that was within my budget. She gave me options that were not expensive. Mani did all this with lots of patience and kindness. I found the ideal chain I needed at a very reasonable price. I was very happy with the friendly and efficient service that both Mani and her assistant Martina provided.

Pranita Thapa Magar I bought three earrings from this store, and they’re really nice! That’s the only reason I’m even giving 1 star. The experience, however, wasn’t great. There were no signs or information saying you couldn’t try on earrings, so since I’m new here and didn’t know, I tried a few before buying. A staff member immediately came up to me and told me I wasn’t allowed to try them. She asked if I had put any back—probably to make me buy those too. I admitted I had tried some and was already planning to buy them, but instead of just informing me nicely, she was really rude about it. When I realized it was a rule, I immediately apologized and said sorry, but she completely ignored it and just walked away. On top of that, she even warned me that if I did it again, I’d be considered fraudulent or something. I get that there are store policies, but if she had just informed me earlier in a polite way, it would have been much more helpful and avoided this whole situation.
