1 /5 Annita Consiglio: I attempted to purchase some jewellery… staff were too busy gossiping instead of acknowledging me and too slack to say a simple “hello”. I walked right out. If you want a place to waste time & be treated poorly then this is the place to be!

5 /5 Mary J: Shout out to the lovely Lesa who served me today. I went to 4 prouds stores and she was the stand out just a gentle warm soul and was willing to go above and beyond. God bless her she will advance in life with this attitude

1 /5 Katerina Pagiavla: My boyfriend had bought a few of my jewellery gifts from Prouds Not the best quality but cute enough and fairly affordable We bought around Xmas my ring from there and it ended up not being the right size I was thinking to go back and ask for resizing or to buy another ring and wear it on top of the oversized ring to keep it in place The staff was too busy chitchatting so I just apologised for annoying them and asked my questions For resizing they give me a number and they said that now that I bought the ring, resizing it is my problem to deal with (exactly those words) Then I asked if I could see another ring to put it on top and their answer was “no, we don’t have anything “ Anyway..after reminding them that they sell jewellery and I just want to see a ring to buy,they asked for my id to put it behind the counter in case I try to steal.Didn’t have id with me and I gave them my phone device They were sitting there looking at me like I was from another planet thinking if they can take my phone instead of the id I was in shock because we re customers there and I couldn’t believe if this is all happening for real Tried just one ring which was big for my finger too but in that case they said that they could take care of the resizing because I haven’t bought it yet I let them know that they lost me for good , pointing to my phone to get it back and walked out People in that particular store used to be nice and the service was good but as it looks like not any more Don’t be bothered to buy from them , there’s other better quality jewellery stores in the shopping centre with staff happy to help

1 /5 Jacinta Whyte: Found a ring on the Prouds website and went in store to purchase. After waiting in store for 30 minutes because they couldn’t find the ring I was told they could order it in for me. I placed the order and paid in full only to receive a phone call a week later advising me that they cannot order the ring in for me and I had to go back in store for a refund. Once there no explanation as to why they couldn’t order the ring and no apology for the issue or hassle of having to go back for a refund. Not the first time I have had an issue buying a ring there and will not be returning again!
