1 /5 Micaela Griffiths: One star is too generous for this store. Products are low quality and yet overpriced. Anything breaks or if its faulty, they will blame you and refuse to do a refund or exchange.

1 /5 Pranita Thapa Magar: I bought three earrings from this store, and they’re really nice! That’s the only reason I’m even giving 1 star. The experience, however, wasn’t great. There were no signs or information saying you couldn’t try on earrings, so since I’m new here and didn’t know, I tried a few before buying. A staff member immediately came up to me and told me I wasn’t allowed to try them. She asked if I had put any back—probably to make me buy those too. I admitted I had tried some and was already planning to buy them, but instead of just informing me nicely, she was really rude about it. When I realized it was a rule, I immediately apologized and said sorry, but she completely ignored it and just walked away. On top of that, she even warned me that if I did it again, I’d be considered fraudulent or something. I get that there are store policies, but if she had just informed me earlier in a polite way, it would have been much more helpful and avoided this whole situation.

1 /5 roop rocks: Lovisa staff are usually very nice and lovely. However, this broadmeadows store had a girl who was least interested in customer service. Bought flat back earrings today that were faulty and wouldnt close. I told the girl, and her reply was they have a hole, so we cant return or refund. All we wanted was her to try that its not working, but she didn’t and was least interested. Wont be going back to this store and guess that explains the other negative reviews for this particular store.

1 /5 Tash: Every time i walk into this store the girls are just talking amongst themselves or just so rude in their demeanour.Tonight was no exception,I asked the sales girl to show me where the tragus jewellery was. She was so rude and completely disinterested. This being the 16/2/24 at around 7 to 8 pm. If you are going to be rude to customers, get out of this industry.

1 /5 Stef: TERRIBLE SERVICE today ok the 5/5/23 around 1pm- I asked for some help finding some earrings I wanted and the girl working with black hair was on the phone with someone from the moment I walked in until I left she was on the phone to a friend or something. She pushed me (although not on purpose) she bumped me while on the phone talking and I when I was asking for help she just pointed at an isle instead of helping, chaotic and rude.
