5 /5 Jacob Sellenger: I have been a member of Zap Reservoir for one year now, and I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The staff are always friendly, the gym is always clean, plenty of parking and a good range of equipment to achieve your fitness goals. The only setback is the limited space. During peak times (i.e. weekday evenings) it can get very crowded and you’ll have to wait to use certain machines. However for $9.99 per week I have no reason to complain!

They’re friendly, organised, and always willing to go the extra mile to help members feel welcome and supported. Whether its managing bookings, answering questions, or assisting with memberships and class schedules, they handle everything smoothly and with a genuinely helpful attitude. They keep the space running efficiently and make it a place people actually look forward to coming to—no small feat! Highly recommend!

5 /5 Rachit sharma: Been coming here since 2024 January. Great place, wonderful management, Also the peeps who are regular to the gym are really helpful. Josh is really helpful and he actually listens and try resolving issues. Clean, comfortable and a happy place to be. I personally got 18 month contract and now been going since 22 months so... give Zap reservoir a go

1 /5 Vikramjit Singh Gill: Very ordinary gym and bad service. Finish the gym membership and asked to pay 4 weeks notice which is understandable but if your payment cycle is not close to the date of notice… you end up paying 6 weeks if paying fortnightly. I paid 6 weeks notice period not 4.
