1 /5 Naya Darwazeh: My mum bought me a lovely flower necklace that was broken, we deliver it back because it was still under warranty, they took the necklace but we did not hear from anyone after 4 months

1 /5 Caroline Walker: Took a necklace to repair more than 4 months ago, told me they will call me when ready or to update me, since then i haven’t heard back, I followed this up 4 times and took the employee’s number but no one is answering and when I show up now they say we have no proof of ur necklace repair. I will only remove my review once they contact me

1 /5 lea smith: Bought some jewels from this shop, unfortunately gold started wearing off and the diamonds were coming off as well. The quality is not at all what they told me, very disappointed.
