Austin Simpson-Jones This place is amazing! I started training here in 2013 and have stuck with them ever since. The trainers and coaches are all lovely, and the students are really well mannered. Its got a great culture and vibe - A really good gym if youre looking to get into the martial arts scene. You wont be pushed into anything youre not comfortable doing. Everyone is really enthusiastic and willing to help. My wife and I actually met at this gym so its a very special place for us. I cant recommend this place enough - You have to check it out!!! They do free trials too!!!

Active Mum Fitness/Gym - Mums & Bubs - Manly - VIC

Kat Houghton I’ve been attending Active Mums recently after giving birth to my second child, and it has been such a positive experience! Losing weight has been challenging, but the classes have really helped strengthen my core and improve my fitness. The best part is that I can bring both my baby and my three-year-old toddler along, which makes it so much easier to fit exercise into my routine. The environment is welcoming, and Julie the instructor is great at supporting postpartum mums. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to get back into fitness after having a baby!

Sylvania Waters Athletics Track - VIC

Lisa Excellent quality. Has a 400m rubber track, 3 areas each for shot put, discuss and long jump. They also have 2 high jump and 1 scissor jump and the canteen available during the little athletics competitions on Saturdays. My kid loves it! Highly recommend.
