Marita Lacota Rachael, the founder of Move for Mums, has given me confidence to return to exercise after having a baby and thats worth more than money to me. I cannot recommend these classes highly enough and Rach is so supportive. She is always ready to chat through anything you need help with, or provide additional advice for your situation. Lauren Walkenhorst Rach is an amazing trainer and person in general. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has a great eye for detail. She is so passionate about helping mums and has the perfect balance of challenging people while keeping the difficulty safe. She is great at offering modifications or alternatives if needed and has noticed and corrected details in my technique thats not been picked up by anyone else before. After 2 terms training with Rach I am able to do so much more and feel more confident in my body and how to train.
My kids know the day we exercise and love to join in, so not only am I feeling better but Im role modelling self care to my kids.
