Ceci Arz Nasty experience and lousy customer service. There are so many jewelry shops in this city, I just don’t need to buy absolutely nothing else there never in my life. A lady working there: hairdresser lighter hair, Asian features, in her middle/later 50’s, first, she took a long while to ask what I was looking for, she wasn’t with other customer. She addressed to me in a disrespectful sarcastic tone, impolite and a nasty smirk in her face. She spoke to me as if I was stupid or less intelligent than her just because I have a notorious accent. She also offered sarcastically to write down what she just said to me probably she thought that I wasn’t even capable to remember it. My young niece whose Australian and was there with me, once we walked out of that shop, she asked me what’s wrong with that lady, why she was talking like that?.
I don’t need to go through this again. The last time I bought something in this shop was on February this year and I had a bad moment with that same lady.
Months after, I come back, and again the same lousy treatment. I deserve better.
