Chelsea, VIC - List 1 Best Nail Salons (Part 1)

Olivia H First experience was great. hair looked great, I think Paige was quite receptive and toned my hair beautifully at the first visit. Went for redo yesterday (not with Paige) and my hair has white streaks all through it and unfortunately have had to ask my old hairdresser from interstate what to do and how to get it fixed (her response was "jesus what have they done" for context). I didnt realise how bad it was until i got home. It is less than ideal right before overseas trip so Im quite disheartened as the girls are quite nice.
