Anna Shen This was my first time getting eyelash extensions, and I was worried they might look too thick or dramatic for my usual Asian makeup style. But Kim did a classic set for me, and I absolutely love it! She’s super friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The salon is clean and hygienic, and the whole experience was so relaxing. I really enjoyed the service—highly recommend! ❤️

Kirsty Webb Rachel is literally the best in the business! She understands the look I want (beautiful natural lashs) and delivers perfect lash extensions and shaped/coloured brows every time. To top it off Rach sweet, kind and very friendly.

Jarrod Baimbridge I had such a great experience with Ellie; very warm and friendly. She fit me in the same day and did a great job threading my eyebrows. Highly recommend if youre looking for any of the services she offers.

Emma Duxbury-Thompson Tania was great and really took the time to get my brows and lashes perfect. It’s honestly the best they have ever looked. I have now booked in for the eyebrow tattooing.

Diana Soriano My Reiki facial with Nicole was an incredible treatment and something I have never done before, so it was definitely out of my comfort zone but I was pleasantly surprised. Firstly, Nicole has a calmness about her that always makes me feel safe and welcomed in the clinic no matter what treatment I receive. Over the years I’ve had many different treatments with her and she just knows exactly what I need and when I need it. So, of course I fully trusted her to take care of me during this experience which she most certainly did. The Reiki was relaxing, it was peaceful and it took me to a place where it sparked some emotional feelings that I didn’t anticipate popping up like that. I guess it was the release I needed to ease a build-up of tension and stress that I had been feeling over the last couple of months and she helped clear that for me. The facial was wonderful as always and the treatment rooms are always so warm and comfortable that you immediately feel relaxed, like you are almost floating through your treatment. If anyone is considering a Reiki facial, Nicole is definitely the person you want to take that journey with. Her guidance in aftercare following the treatment was amazing and very much appreciated. As a first timer, I came out feeling so much better than I did when I first walked in and I’m thankful Nicole helped me achieve that.

Claire G Had the most amazing experience today, such welcoming & helpful staff - even staying open past their closing time to do my nails. Lena took her time to ensure all my nails were the same length & shape. Didn’t feel like a production line & rushed out. Very gentle (no burning of my nail beds like other salons)! Paula Andrea Mona is the wizard at brow laminating and lash lift, and I’m the pickiest client you can get! She always listens to me and does exactly what I want she goes above and beyond to make sure it looks great and I never leave unhappy. Love them here and highly recommend.

Sophie Rose Freedom I had lip fillers here by nurse Bella. She was incredibly lovely, so helpful and listened to my concerns and requests. She made my lips look perfect, natural and even hid a scar on my upper lip! The products last a while and the numbing injections work well.

Willow Ferguson GOT BURNT!! absolutely mortified, went and got my eyebrows waxed today friday 11th, at 8pm. Have gotten home and after the redness has gone away can now see i’ve been severely burnt. Have tried to get in contact via website but that has a word limit so can’t even explain the full situation so they can sort out either their equipment or staff. I do not have sensitive skin and have been here many times and all has been fine, i will not attach pictures to protect everyone else’s eyes so they aren’t grossed out. just wanted my eyebrows waxed but now i’ve got burns and puss, will never go back even if they do address the issue, the trust a customer puts into the service provider is large so to be given this treatment and end up how i have, honestly should be ashamed of yourselves.

Ann After moving back to the area as I always had the best massages here, I was so excited for my booking. That disappeared within a second when less than halfway through my massage I got distracted with how some girls pregnancy was going, her birth plan and what else is happening in life. To add to my fusdration I recently had a miscarriage and was trying to do something special for myself. Very distracting and disappointing guys yes I did book another appointment but the more I think about it youve lost me as a client.

Suzy D The middle eastern lady who has a 21 year old son was pathetic at my brows. Her thread kept breaking and she said the management has got them a cheap thread that’s why. She seemed so amateur at doing brows, she ruined my brows right before a wedding I have to attend. She has such negative vibes that my baby girl started crying looking at her something she never ever does. She needs to be fired from here.
