5 /5 Michael Surname: Great place to watch fireworks and Moomba. Plenty of rides and food vans. As I had dinner before I came, they were not very good to me. But the smells were okay. Theres not much wind around.

The Alexandria Gardens squeezed in between the river and Queen Victoria Gardens and Kings Domain to the south. Youll find lawns, nice landscaping, historic boathouses, war memorial, public toilets and riverside walking & cycling path. It is a nice addition to the green space on the south side of the Yarra.
