I requested a balayage with a dark base and chocolate brown highlights, explicitly stating multiple times that I did not want any blonde tones. Despite my clear instructions, the stylist did the complete opposite—she bleached my hair, which not only destroyed my natural curl pattern but also left me with a patchy, unblended mess. The color was awful—a harsh black chunk on my crown with a horrible brown shade that looked like I applied cheap henna at home rather than getting a professional service.
I immediately told them I was unhappy, and instead of fixing their mistake properly, they scheduled me for another appointment where they simply dyed my hair back to my original color—which means I paid $280 for absolutely NOTHING. My hair is now exactly the same color as before, except damaged beyond repair because of their incompetence.
The staff were friendly, but it’s clear they have no knowledge of hair coloring techniques. This was a complete waste of time and money. I demand a refund because charging $280 for ruining my hair and then covering it up is completely unacceptable. Do not trust this salon with your hair unless you want a disaster.
