Lauren Bradford This was my first time visiting Forever Young but it won’t be my last. The entire experience was relaxing, from the spa-like atmosphere to the wonderful service. Mary was both professional and friendly, making me feel at ease for my first microdermabrasion facial and massage. I highly recommend Forever Young for anyone who wants a 5 Star experience without the price tag.

Masum Liton $30 for a 10 Min hair cut and not even clean lines. Not sure whats all the hype is about. I always go to Thais Salon at Deerpark for a hair cut as he does my hair exactly how I want to be and finishes with clear line. And doesnt charge me $30 for sure. I just couldnt drive that far coz of back pain but I will definitely not go to beauty & the barber to shell out out $30 for a $10 hair cut which I could have got from the Plaza!!!

KMS Terrible since change in ownership. Was amazing prior. I feel like just a number. Only ever went once since ownership change. Never again.

Cj Mai is an absolute genius at what she does. Her service is brilliant and her skills are outstanding. I always leave feeling totally satisfied.

Tom Harvey The first image is what I wanted and the rest are the results. Extremely disappointed not only with the design but the quality of service, Jennifer was my nail tech and she was super rushed and rough with my nails, it really hurt when she filed them and she made multiple nails bleed because of it! Not only did I experience a lot of pain but there was no care put into the work, it looked nothing like the photos and the numbers were done badly, my nails also had a lot of dents and lumps. the salon also had really bad hygiene, files being used for other clients feet were being used on my nails!?? After all of this it was $100 fee with only a $20 refund for the poor service. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

I went for eyebrow and facial, couldn’t be more happier as I got my perfect eyebrow arch along with shiny face. Price is also very reasonable and I can’t think of anyone other than Rima.

Missgoonu BB i normally have a good experience here, but as always when businesses begin to boom and they get popular they begin to decline in service. so i booked in a pedicure and the girl was lovely BUT she had long nails and kept jamming herself into my toes ( for starters you shouldnt really have long nails under your gloves for comfortability) anyway. towards the end she gave my lower leg a massage and ended it with wiping it away with a warm towel ( the towel looked fresh and warm and smelt nice) BUT THEN SHE PROCEEDED TO WIPE THE CHAIR AND THE FLOOR WITH IT after she had just used it to wipe my legs. this made me think " well okay maybe the towel wasnt clean to begin with" . very disappointed. i normally enjoy coming here but you need to keep your hygiene to great standard, utensils clean, short nails under those gloves and respectful of all people regardless of the colour of someones skin or language barrier.

Keerthiban Manoharon If there was a no star rating then I would have chosen that. I was waiting for over 50 min for my initial appointment. I asked a Cpl of times if it was going to be much longer and each time the lady was being rude more and more. I walked out in tears after that horrendous experience. I felt judged and I was manipulated into paying for extra stuff I did not ask for., Be careful because this clinic is unprofessional I don’t want any others to experience such rudeness and embarrassment. I have since rang back for a refund!

H R They did a very good job on my nails. I broke one of my actual nails before coming in and the technician was very careful with it. She handled it with patience and did an excellent job shaping my nails and cuticles. Price is very decent as well for the quality of service. I will definitely coming back.

anita oliver Absolutely don’t go to this place! This is my first bad review I’ve ever written but I needed to let other people know. First time going and I thought they’d be better than salons in shopping centres but they were worse. They made 5/10 nails BLEED and hurt intensely but still charged full price ($65). They didn’t even offer tissues or to do anything to stop the bleeding. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

Maddy Crooks One of the worst nail salons Ive ever been to had my nails done a week ago I normally go to Melton but was in the werribee area and my fiance wanted to treat me. I asked for one of my nails that was was broken to cut it down to where they could and apply a false one they put acrylic on which i dont like on my nails and i constantly asked not to. 2 days later they were all cracking and needed to be redone i went in to get them to fix their mistake now not even a week old and Ive had one fall off without doing anything that would make them come off

Ravali Rao Don’t recommend them at all. I got my nails on 22nd December by paying 65$. And within a week most of my nails have been broken. And i went back to fix it today, but they didn’t and demanded 50$ to get it fixed. In return, blamed me for not coming back in a week and told its my fault that i was out on vacation. Avoid them at all costs. I wish i could give 0 stars for them. Its disappointing to get such a worst service after paying some bucks for the nails.
