The staff were professional and provided good service throughout my visit. However, I did notice that they tend to charge quite a bit for even minor changes or adjustments to the nail design. And they don’t have all colour’s available. While I appreciate their attention to detail, I found their pricing for these modifications to be on the higher side.

The Beauty & Brow Parlour Pacific Werribee
Anabelle San Jose Worse eyebrow place I’ve ever been to. Not only the customer service was poor but also the work was poor. I asked the team member to tidy it up twice. I even resorted to tweezing it myself to which she didn’t ask if there was anything she can do. She continued to talk to the other team member throughout .. as she was threading my eyebrows. Not hygienic at all. The place smelt really bad too. Never coming back.

Mandeep Kaur Honestly I got the worst hair cut here asked for my bangs to be cut a bit shorter but she cut them way too short and I had to hide them when I left the shop embarrassed. and the hairdresser was on the phone the whole time talking to what sounded like a friend or relative. I don’t think I would ever come back here
