Anna is a perfectionist which I absolutely love, her attention to detail ensures my lashes look super glamorous all the time. Shahani Ive been going to Fabulous Threading Point Cook for years now, they are my go-to salon for threading. Ive always left the salon feeling happy with my brows and the service they provide. My very first experience was with Preeti many years ago and she continues to provide attentive, high quality services to this day. The other girls who work here are also lovely, ensuring consistent quality services no matter who threads your brows. Highly recommend!!

Brenda Mackie Kylie is simply an angel with very strong hands! She got the pressure just right and find all the spots that needed her attention without me even having to tell her. The facial was such a pleasant surprise .. Who knew there were so many different treatments.... My skin has never felt this good! And the head massage was an unexpected bonus. Well definitely be back.

Angela Collins I had my eyeliner tattooed on, top and bottom last night. Corina is definitely one of a kind. After a day at work and caring for my mum yesterday, I found my experience relaxing. Shes so gentle, and professional,we were in full conversation . Not what I expected. I thought and expected a bit of pain but shes a magician!!! Dont go past Corina. Excellent job and definitely worth it.

Renee Hughes What a find! Such a cute little hair & nail salon for kids. The hairdressers did a lovely job of my girls hair and even did a beautiful braid to finish off with bows and glitter! The owner is also very friendly and passionate about helping kids feel comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend!

Kichu Nair I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I did my eyebrow threading yesterday, The lady who did my eyebrow threading was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic customer service. She didn’t greet me properly or offer any instructions—just told me to sit and started the procedure with a cold and unfriendly attitude, almost as if she was angry at me for no reason. The threading itself was way too harsh. I understand that eyebrow threading can be painful, and Iam not doing it for first time but she showed no care or gentleness during the process. My eyes were watering the entire time, and it felt more like she was rushing through it than actually trying to do a good job. Definitely won’t be returning. If you’re looking for a place that values customer comfort and professional service, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Janette D Monica was lovely. She was very professional and she made me feel comfortable from start to finish. She was also kind enough to answer all my queries. The centre was clean and relaxing. I will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Dawn B A new owner and business. Indulge spa came highly regarded but they are not the same business. Payment made to Sky Angel Nail. Wanted a simple french tip pedicure. Had booked appointment prior. 1st tech filed my toe nails down to completely nothing, unhappy with result of pedi as every nail was uneven she then stated the french tip wouldn’t work because my nails were too short (go figure) I was then told I’d need the extension tips by both nail techs. Agreed and was happier with end result from second artist but something that was booked on Fresha for $55 turned out to be $100($20 discount I was told) Only to look back at their prices that say $80 for extensions and shellac. ungatea sefesi Would recommend for nails as I always get my nails done here. Great customer service and high quality work done on nails each time I go! I however did go there for lashes (Natural set) and paid $110 for this set. Not happy with the outcome, and felt little tugs at my lashes here and there which did get uncomfortable. There was still some glue residue on the right lash after she was done, and was felt really let down by the quality of work done on my lashes for the amount of money I paid. The outcome of the lashes was quite messy and some lashes were pointed in different directions. I did let the lady know that I wasn’t happy. I paid the amount anyways and would probably steer away from this place if you want a clean and neat job on your lashes.

Kyiah-Jane Hammer First time ive been to this place, i had pedicure and refill with shellac colors. It was fine till i realised i got my heel cut opened and it was bleeding bad. Even those, they didnt say anything about it till i found out when im at home. my partner is also a nails tech for years and he wasnt happy with it. Be careful with your tools or at least apologize if any accidents happens, thats all i want to say

Alison de Vries Edited **Another year later and still extremely happy. My mum has her hair done here now too as well as myself. You get a salt glow calf and foot scrub! Fresh air, beautiful settings, wonderful music. Friendly, professional. I am here for a pedicure. It has met all my expectations and more. I will come here again quickly. I have found my new wellness place. Thank you team Sama!

Jayden personal terrible terrible experience, my friend got scammed so bad. she got these french tips and the lines were SO UNEVEN. and then they said they would charge a certain amount and then made up an excuse saying they have to charge 30 dollars more?? AND THEN when my friend went to pay she ended up being charged 175 dollars instead of 105??? then when she went back to get her money back, they only gave her 60 bucks. actual scam and ripoff. actually ridiculous i do NOT RECOMMEND, go find a better place.

Mengxi Xu Wont bother coming back again. Make us waiting at least 15 minutes no matter we had an appointment. Totally a waste of time. Worst time management ever met.
