1 /5 Jayden personal: terrible terrible experience, my friend got scammed so bad. she got these french tips and the lines were SO UNEVEN. and then they said they would charge a certain amount and then made up an excuse saying they have to charge 30 dollars more?? AND THEN when my friend went to pay she ended up being charged 175 dollars instead of 105??? then when she went back to get her money back, they only gave her 60 bucks. actual scam and ripoff. actually ridiculous i do NOT RECOMMEND, go find a better place.

I have recommended heaps of people including my own family and none of them have ever been disappointed. She is the best and I’ll never go anywhere else! 2 /5 Moni: I had a disappointing experience here. As someone who doesn’t regularly get their nails done, I was hoping for more help in choosing a color shade. The nail tech offered little help, suggesting two colors that were conveniently near her. Unfortunately, the color I selected from the display turned out much darker on my nails. When I mentioned it was too dark, she claimed she had shown me the color on one of my fingers, but I don’t recall that—I only remember her showing me my finger after it was shaped. She eventually removed the color after doing one hand but initially stated it would cost $25 to take it off, which didn’t seem reasonable. When the next client arrived, it felt like she was eager to finish with me, as finding the right shade seemed like an inconvenience. While she didn’t make me pay in the end (since I left with nothing on my fingers), the entire experience felt uncomfortable and anxiety-inducing. It’s important for a nail tech to help customers, especially since SNS colors can differ from the display. I hope the nail tech can improve her customer service in the future.

1 /5 Martina Kimberley: Booked for refills. but during the week they fell off, so needed a full set. Let the nail tech know that I fully understand if she couldnt do a fullset as I had booked for refill. She said it was ok, but I could tell it wasnt. So I said again I could go to another salon, she said she could do them. I asked for coffin shape, only to be told that it would be $5 more "because it takes longer" You are a nail tech, shaping nails to the customers request is what the service of a full set entails, that is in the price, NOT an additional charge! THEN she glued on a nail at a strange angle, said I wasnt happy, asked for it to be removed The filing begins, and she seems annoyed that I request for them to be filed thinner - coffin shape, Im paying $5 extra for. The second nail that was applied was slightly better, but not much. I express that it is still at a strange angle, but she just keeps turning my hand and looking at it. Im feeling very unwelcome and not satisfied with the service at this stage and thinking Im just going to pay something and leave. She says "if you are not happy I can remove & replace or remove and you can go" I opted for the latter. I offered to pay. but not the full $55 AND definitely not another $5 for shaping
