Fresh air, beautiful settings, wonderful music. Friendly, professional. I am here for a pedicure. It has met all my expectations and more. I will come here again quickly. I have found my new wellness place. Thank you team Sama!

1 /5 Nez Loci: Ive had the worst experience in my 37 years of going to a hairdresser, I asked for some layers with not losing any length, as the picture shows Ive lost about 10cm and not even straight. The same day my daughter had a cut, and she cried for the last two days; she couldnt even put her hair up. When going back to voice my concern in a friendly way, I was told its not my problem after you walk out of here. Not Even a Sorry, but she put Anna to talk to me and started blow drying another client. Ive been going to the salon for nails for two years and not to even get an apology for something that will take months to grow. Not to mention that they overcharge every time. I hate leaving reviews, but I did go in first to give them a chance. I wont be going back ever.. Very disappointed after the amount of support I have tried to provide them since day 1 of opening. Not how u respond to a supporting customers of the Saltwater community.

1 /5 haley maher: Attended the salon on a Friday after finishing work. I found the vibe in the salon to be quite withdrawn from the customers and felt like I had put them out. The lady who done my nails was quite good she was probably the only person in the salon not discussing personal information quite loudly across the room. It just didn’t feel like a professional service whilst I was in there. Quite sloppy customer service to be honest. Then when it came times to pay for a shellac manicure /pedicure the price changed from $45 which was advertised on the front window to $65. I had no other nail polish removed and simply had gel (shellac) put on without tips. When I question her about it I was told it was on the brochure which it wasn’t. I admitted defeat and left paying $20 over. I did ask the staff at the salon if gel was considered shellac which they confirmed. I’ve attached the photos where it quite clearly says “gel polish” and under that has manicure and pedicure. Your advertising is misleading and from reading other reviews it appears that you chop and change prices to suit your self. It’s unfortunate for you and your business that you lack transparency and professionalism.

1 /5 Melody Marie: I did Manicure there a couple of times and it’s good. But hair styling or curling/ I do not recommend the service. After paying $85 for a hair style service ( not including wash) which took them 40 mins to do, it only lasted 2hours. On top of that, the first appointment was canceled without any notification and I had an important event which left me stranded. In summary : hair / not recommended at all. To expensive. Not on time. Not great. Nails : good ! The lady that did my nails was really good and friendly
