1 /5 Renu Khandelwal: I would never recommend this clinic to someone based on my experience. The owner was rude and unprofessional in her communication. I had booked three sessions for lip treatments, and I was dissatisfied with the service from the beginning. Each time I went in, I had a different therapist, and each one explained the process differently, leaving me confused about what to expect.
When I finally spoke to the owner to address my concerns, instead of having a patient discussion, she responded abruptly and rudely. She dismissed my concerns by saying she didn’t believe all the staff were adequately trained and that no one could explain the process to me. Her attitude was dismissive, stating that she had too much work to worry about whether I was happy or not. She then offered to refund me for the remaining sessions, which amounted to $45, but I still have not received the refund, even though she promised it would be processed within 24 hours. It’s been four days now, and I’m still waiting.
Overall, I was disappointed with the service, the lack of consistency, and the poor customer care from the owner.
