5 /5 Sue Stirls: The neon light show was nice.
There was not enough food trucks, there was to many dont ones and no hot chips or hotdogs for the kids
5 /5 Amy Burnett: We spotted this market whilst out on our morning walk and it didnt disappoint. Petite treats was there and also Giant Springs rolls....I tried lining up for a giant spring 2 weeks ago at Emerald market and the line was huge....
5 /5 Annette R Dutton: I go to Beauty Park regularly to enjoy the lake, fountain, ducks, green grass and gardens. it is also close to visit the war memorial. Bbqs, undercover picnic tables and toilets. plenty of parking
3 /5 Anita Harris: I walked through here while heading from the mid-sized botanical gardens to the very appealing Frankston foreshore, and its not a bad space. Certainly its been thoughtfully used. There is parking, there are amenities, a small lake adds some interest at one end, theres some exercise equipment at the other end, and there are walking paths that basically do a circuit and cut across at a couple of spots. Quite a nice, local, green space.
4 /5 Brad Warrior: Fabulous place to walk the pooch when youre in Frankston. Monthly markets are held here, the Spring rolls, marvelous. The South Side Festival, we will see you again next year.
Chaz A great space where people could appreciate contemporary art in a natural setting. The park covers 16 hectares of landscaped gardens and natural bushland and features over 100 sculptures made from a variety of materials.
One of the best things about this place is that its very family-friendly. The park is big enough to walk around without exhausting the kids, and there are sculptures that children can climb and crawl into. The park also offers interactive activities for both kids and adults. The gallery space hosts a diverse range of exhibitions, including paintings, photography, and installations. The knowledgeable guides offer tours and educational programs, and the cafe is a great spot to grab a bite to eat or something to drink.
Overall, the Park and Gallery is an inspiring and unique destination that combines the beauty of nature with the creativity of contemporary art. Its a great place to spend a day with the family and appreciate the stunning artworks in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
Maria Ahm Special shoutout to the lovely Danielle who served us upon entry at the booth. Very welcoming, warm, friendly and full of smiles. Very helpful as it was our first time. Lovely park, huge area to explore. Lots of area for carpark. Staff in the cafe were also friendly and lovely. The savoury muffin is absolutely delicious we had to take one home as well. Many sculptures to explore. Gorgeous views from the cafe!
Susan Sammut We took a picnic basket and ate on the tables provided before the actual entry. This made it so easy and accessible from the car park to the picnic area.
The estate itself just shines in all its glory! Such a delight to walk amongst the different areas of this stunning farm! There are many seats in all areas to just sit and enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of this haven.
Highlights of the property include The family home itself along with the grass tennis court, the pool area, the stables (made of stone from a local quarry), the Picking garden filled with a vast variety of roses and the serene lake area where many ducks wander.
The driveway of over 100 Lemon Eucalyptus trees is picturesque and evidence of the thought and planning that has gone into this estate by Lady Murdoch and her expert horticulturists!
Casey Cutters 2024 Very nice area for family and children to play. Nice layout for skateboard and scooters. Ample parking and easy access from all parking areas. Basketball and play equipment there also, as well as an athletics track.
