Despite repeated visits over the past four months, none of the doctors have been able to identify or resolve the issue. What’s even more frustrating is that the doctors often promise to call with updates but never follow through. If you can’t keep your word, don’t make promises. As of today, there’s still no resolution or update. BUPA has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with insurance—truly disappointing.
