5 /5 Vivian: I used to dread the dentist, but not anymore! Dr. Michaels gentle touch, professionalism, and thoroughness have made me a loyal patient for years. The office is clean and comfortable, and the staff is always friendly. Dr. Michael is the best dentist Ive ever had, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great dentist.

1 /5 Jihyeong Lee: I went to the dentist for scaling and discovered a slight crack in my right molar. Although it seemed fine at first, the dentist advised me to come back for a filling if it started to feel uncomfortable. Deciding to be proactive, I returned for the filling. However, a different dentist recommended a crown instead. When I asked about the difference, they mentioned that the longevity was about 10 years for a crown and 7 years for a filling, implying they were similar. Considering the cost difference, I opted for the filling, planning to get a crown later if needed. After the filling, my tooth was sensitive and I couldnt chew on that side. Despite several visits to the dentist and being told to wait, the pain persisted. The dentist suggested that I might be grinding my teeth at night, which I denied. My gold tooth, which has been there for 19 years, has minor scratches, which seems normal to me. However, instead of addressing the initial treatment issue, they insinuated that it was my fault. While the staff was friendly, the unprofessional treatment and handling of the situation have been disappointing. I will not recommend this practice to anyone I know. They have now referred me to a specialist, recommending a crown. If I had known this from the beginning, I would have opted for the crown right away. After over a month of tooth pain, I am extremely dissatisfied with their service.

5 /5 Yi Lim: I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at Burwood East Dental Care. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the friendly satff. Dr Ying taking the time to explain everything clearly and addressing all my concerns. The quality of care I received was exceptional. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dental clinic.

2 /5 Alex M Beveridge: Nice practice and decent service, but I came here because of the reviews and so did my partner. The work we had done was really poor, I had quite a large filling done that was actually joined to another tooth and ended up cracking, resulting in me having to do the entire procedure again at another dentist from another practice who had to scrap the whole thing and do it properly. I then had another filling done here (from a different dentist this time) that was left extremely bulky and uncomfortable. My partner has a similar experience with a bulky filling that caused a lot of pain and discomfort for months. I dont like leaving negative reviews, but sorry, this is not a 5 star practice.
