1 /5 Mikki Numa: Edit: the thumb broke off after three days. Edit: not even a week later, the colours are peeling off. Waited 20 min, told to come back, waited another 15 min before she started my nail. The nail lady I had first was lovely, did a nice shape. Second lady that painted them, did a pink colour base when I asked for clear. She was then annoyed and really rough when I asked her to change it to clear. She filed my pinky skin to the point it was almost bleeding and was digging her nails into my fingers. The nails look dull and the shellac is not dried properly. The third girl to do my nails top coat was lovely and gently and the finally girl to do them was also lovely. It appears clean but they dont change out the acrylic liquid between customers so Im assuming its not really that clean. When I went to pay, I asked if she was sure of the price since I think $55 for a refill is a lot and the young girl mocked me as if I cant hear her and got the lady who was rough with me to explain the price. Overall if you have 3hours of nothing to do and want meh quality nails, go here.

2 /5 Rosalina Walsh: I love how my nails turned out, they look great and have lasted really well. The pedicure was definitely the highlight! The massage chair was a nice touch, and they did a thorough job with exfoliation and callus removal, very relaxing. However, there were a few issues. They accidentally cut my finger during the process, and despite the open wound, they wanted to continue with the nail painting right away. That’s risky, as it could lead to infection. Ideally, if a cut happens, they should clean the area with alcohol and cover it with a bandaid before proceeding. The nail extension also didn’t fit quite right, and the salon could use better lighting – it might help the staff see more clearly and avoid accidents. Lastly, the EFTPOS machine wasn’t working, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I’d come back for the amazing pedicure, but I hope they take more care with hygiene and customer safety next time.

5 /5 Elise Coghill: I’ve been going here for a year now and always walk out happy. The staff are friendly, professional and listen to what you ask for and the owner is very focused on taking care of the customer’s - I love that he goes around and hands out a bottle of water to everyone. I came in today for a manicure and pedicure and am delighted with the results. I’ve never had a problem and am disappointed that I won’t be able to go back as often because I am moving interstate at the weekend. Whenever I’m back in Melbourne one of the first things I’ll do is go Chelsea nails. I wish the best for all of the staff there and look forward to coming back when I’m in town next.
