Natalie Dammous Oh my days - what an experience! Shanaya is such a professional plus she has a beautiful smile. I had the Sublime Steam followed by a 1 hour De-Stress massage and I was in heaven! I am so happy with the whole experience. The layout of the salon is simply divine plus there is onsite parking which eradicates any concerns about getting a parking ticket. I will definitely be back!

Eliza Duffy Jassi always does such a great job of threading my eyebrows. She takes her time and makes sure that I’m comfortable and happy with the finished product. She’s very accomodating with appointments and always so friendly. Would highly recommend.

Oli Fab I have to say I was thoroughly impressed. The girls invested so much time, care and attention to detail I have since told everyone I know to go to them!!! They are wonderful and delightful young women trying to run a business in this difficult arena. Natalie is most caring and works tirelessly to make sure customers are happy. They were doing so well I had to add a few more services that I hadnt planned on but very impressed love the lashes, nails, wax lol. A very convenient location with lots of parking in the heart of Essendon right near Moonee Ponds and Keilor, for all in the area this is a much better option then some of the pretentious overly priced salons in the area yet they do as well and work to please. They even went out of their way to buy a colour I had wanted. Cannot wait to return!

Denise Cooper After much deliberation I finally had my eye brows micro bladed. I had done my research and was very pleased to have found Charlotte. Charlotte was very patient and understanding throughout the process and understood exactly the look I was after. It has been 6 weeks post touch up session and I couldn’t be happier. There has been lots of positive comments from friends on how natural they look which is fantastic. I can highly recommend Charlotte if you’re contemplating having brow micro blading. Friendly/ professional /understanding

Loredana Parisi From the moment I walked in this salon, Le made me feel VIP. After greeting me in a friendly and professional manner, she initially took a through consultation and spent some time discussing with me my skin conditions and individual needs and how she could assist in improving my skin health. She made me feel so relaxed, I received a total luxurious treatment and she explained the products she was using and its purpose for my skin and I also received a complimentary scalp message with my facial treatment. After treatment, she gave me another individual professional consultation where she explained and offered some after care products for my skin. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and also gave me advice on future treatments for the health of my skin and to combat its ageing. Overall I absolutely recommend anyone who seeks expert care for their skin to visit this salon even for those with sensitive skin. The salon atmosphere is very relaxing and de-stressing. I also received laser hair removal from this salon with no problems but great results

Alicia Zuanetti Went in for a deep medical peel / cosmo peel fort. I honesty didn’t think much of it initially but it is hands down the best treatment I have ever done. Sandra talked me through the entire procedure, she was patient and would check up on my progress every few days. My skin has never looked so good! I had a face full of freckles which are all gone. I honestly can’t thank Sandra enough for her work she is very informative and experienced and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you Sandra! Will definitely be back. Highly recommend!!!

Leianna Ornik I cannot recommend Justine enough. She is highly skilled in her trade and super passionate. Never before have I felt like I was involved in the reshaping of my eyebrows. Usually the clinician just did it; sometimes well and sometimes not so well:( Justine’s gave me the mirror so I could see what she was doing. She explained what she would do and why she was doing it based on landmarks on my face. The result was honestly the best eyebrow shape I have ever had. I am so grateful.
