After greeting me in a friendly and professional manner, she initially took a through consultation and spent some time discussing with me my skin conditions and individual needs and how she could assist in improving my skin health. She made me feel so relaxed, I received a total luxurious treatment and she explained the products she was using and its purpose for my skin and I also received a complimentary scalp message with my facial treatment. After treatment, she gave me another individual professional consultation where she explained and offered some after care products for my skin. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and also gave me advice on future treatments for the health of my skin and to combat its ageing. Overall I absolutely recommend anyone who seeks expert care for their skin to visit this salon even for those with sensitive skin. The salon atmosphere is very relaxing and de-stressing. I also received laser hair removal from this salon with no problems but great results

Once I found Diana and booked my first appointment with her she was very patient with me in explaining exactly what she was doing and the process and making sure I was comfortable along the way! Only note I would make is as I wear glasses the make-up around my nose rubbed away very quickly even with setting spry and powder. Less product in the area may help this. J The people were nice but I think we got overcharged as they quoted us $70 for coloured nails (no pic), but end for all 4 of us (3 with french tips) was $330, was meant to be around roughly $300 if our calculations were correct but we didn’t realise at the time. Also I asked for a thinner french tip and they did it on one nail, then the rest were thick again which is not my preference (again, didn’t notice until we got home). And one of my friends nails was tipped upwards for some reason..

Mabel Tautolo The tech who did my nails was a sweetheart and worked super fast but a bit rough and ready when it came to details, my cuticles burn and I have shellac stuck to my skin walking out. Overall not a bad service for a very low price. If youre on a budget and in a rush this place is great

Joey Lai I came in for my birthday, at 1:30pm. There was 3-4 people already getting their hair and make up done for a bridal party. I was told that the mini facial is included if I did both hair and make up, which I didn’t. I got a quick facial by her assistant and then was seated for 30 minutes to a hour, around 2:30pm I asked how much longer it would be as I have been waiting for a hour and asked for a refund if services for the make up itself began past 3pm. She stopped and came towards me and said she will get back to me shortly, then 5-10 minutes later she began to apply my make up and rushed it, getting concealer/foundation into my eyelash extensions. The make up was rushed and was nothing like the reference photo, I showed her a pink glossy make up but she gave me pink matte make up. The other clients she had were telling her that they would be late and I told her, you can do their make up first if you want. She kept telling them it’s fine and that she was nearly done with mine. I was immediately unhappy with my make up especially since i did offer to leave if she refunded me instead of her doing my make up. The whole time she would just refer to me as her or point to me when talking to her assistant. Although she was trying to be friendly it just wasn’t what I hoped as I saw she had very good reviews. I could tell her make up skills were good but not $115 worth for 15 minutes. It is not my responsibility that she overbooked and fell behind, then did my make up first and caused other clients to be late to a wedding. I wanted to ask for a refund immediately but I didn’t want the clients to be even more late and/or follow me and ask for a refund as well. So I came back later and she looked at me so rudely and began to look at her friend and gave her a look. Right in front of me, when I asked for a refund she didn’t even question why or say anything. She just gave me my money back, I was really upset as I paid $115 for 10/15 minutes worth of treatment and she didn’t hear me out as to why I was unhappy. I just took my partial refund of $65 and left, as soon I left I could hear her screaming and pointing. I would’ve still came back again if she just heard me out or attempted to fix my make up but she didn’t.

The best service, Kim took her time to make my nails done. She was very fast, gentle and neat. Tea was provided upon arrival in the salon. Idil van der Linden Such a lovely experience getting my nails done here! The salon was super clean and welcoming, with thoughtful extras like water, chocolate, a mini nail care kit for home, and they had a “pick a flower” station for Mother’s Day. Mia, one of the owners, did my nails and was so warm and helpful, she really took the time to understand what I needed. The pricing was super reasonable, and they also offer a 3-week warranty (even noted down the exact products used for next time). I’m so happy with the result and will definitely be coming back!

emma wilson There are two seperate owners, the owners i went to on a Friday were so lovely and did a great job on my feet. We went on Saturday to get our nails done, and they charged my sister full price of a pedicure when they only had painted her nails there was no water or cleaning. The lady had made my nails so thin when doing shellac and they broke 2 days later. She had made three of my nails bleed from not paying attention and was quite ruff. I do not recommend going on the saturday (not sure what other days these ladies work) but recommend going on the friday!

Puja Mathur I wanted to get my SNS with French tips. I had Ly the nail technician who patiently worked on my nails, made sure I was satisfied with the shape etc. I did feel the filing put pressure on my nails as my nail bed hurt me all night. Having said that, I would go back to the salon to redo my nails given the technicians were friendly and patiently worked on the nails. Here’s a photo of my beautiful French tips !

Nina Lukov I have been a loyal customer of this salon for quite some time, and I have consistently appreciated the quality of their SNS and Shellac services. However, I recently encountered some challenges during my latest visit. After returning from overseas, I had my BIAB nails done abroad and had them redone at Code Rose a few weeks ago. However today in preparation for an important meeting I came to CICI as I found out that they have brought in the BIAB into their service. Unfortunately, I noticed that the finish was not up to the standard I have come to expect from this salon. Despite my attempts to communicate my concerns about the unevenness and texture of the nails, I felt that my feedback was not fully addressed, leading to some disappointment with the final result. I understand that every technician has their own style, and I may not be the easiest customer to please, but I truly value the attention to detail that this salon typically provides.
