Margaret Peluso I am beyond terrified of dentists. I honestly didn’t know if I would be able to get through this implant procedure. Dr Leela Movva and his staff were brilliant. Dr Leela was very calm with me and gentle. He explained what he was doing and I never felt a thing. His dental assistant was lovely too. Again very calm and gentle. I would highly recommend Dr Leela Movva. The practice is immaculate and all the staff lovely.

Gio A I have been going here for about 10 years and have always loved it but unfortunately have had some really bad experiences recently. I had my one of my top retainer wires come off a month or so ago so I came in to get it fixed. It was pretty clear that the dentist had no idea what she was doing and just tried to stick it back on. Within a couple of weeks, it was off again. In the second attempt she was unprofessional and was talking legal nonsense and telling me she’ll need to charge me next time, mind you this was all when I had cotton in my mouth and couldn’t talk back.. She then basically told me that it’s best if I just remove my wires which is really horrible advice. Anyway, she did the same thing as the first time and within a week, they were off again. I went to another dentist and they were great, they took the whole top off and re did it all. They said there was no chance it would stick properly the way they were doing it and said it was a really bad attempt, which I fully agree with. It’s really disappointing and I genuinely feel this dentist should not be working on people’s mouths without further training in dentistry and also in how to talk to patients. I also got a nice email from them shortly after as I put through feedback to them and they said they would call me to discuss it, and they never called.. overall just really bad experience lately and it’s left such a sour taste in my mouth.

Beatrice Manu My daughter had an appointment to discuss dental surgery to have some teeth removed. Overpriced compared to other paediatric clinics. Once appointment was over, the receptionist pressured me into paying a $300 deposit, told her I would need to see a treatment plan first. Someone called to discuss treatment plan, said she was going on leave but would email when she was back, it’s been two weeks, still haven’t received anything. Unprofessional, will definitely not be going back.

Dan Andrews I have been here a few times over the years and I have always been treated with courtesy and respect. I had an extraction performed by Dr. Mendoza today and he was extremely patient and caring, fully explaining every step of the way. He was so careful in his work I didnt even realise the tooth was out until he said "All done". By the way, I love the new distraction tool. Really helped me when the anaesthetic was being injected. I hope I dont need a dentist again too soon but I know where I will be going if I do!!!

Very calm vibes, helped me understand what is going on with my teeth and up front about costs and options before doing anything which I really appreciate. Feels a bit weird to say I had a nice relaxing time at the dentist but I really did.

M B Dr Moore was really helpful and informative, I’ve had several root canals at a previous clinic and when he performed this root canal for me there was next to no pain, it was done within 1/2 an hour and he used minimal injections (by comparison) in order to sufficiently numb all sensation of the area. I will definitely be recommending him and returning for future treatments.

Please be aware if choosing this procedure that its the weeks after it is placed that matter. I just want mine out at this stage.

Sarah I was treated very poorly by Dr Woolley on the 8/09/2023. He lacks a lot of empathy as well as self awareness. I am not going to relay what happened in the appointment but it made me feel soo bad I broke down crying before It was even my turn to see the receptionist on my way out. It has just been very disappointing and overwhelming as I was going to be finished with my treatment but now I have to find another clinic who has better service and compassion. I would not recommend him (DR Woolley) to my worst enemy especially if they are seeking someone who is kind and actually speaks to people in a manner that shows care and concern. I have never left a google review in my life but because I cried for a few hours after this incident, I feel like I should vent. I wish other people luck with their experience with him.

Leonard Wass I have never been treated so utterly rudely in my life. Shocked at the anger and bitterness that this dentist walks around with. Serious anger management issues. I ended up walking out and took my business elsewhere. Made a complaint by email explaining that I was so upset about the way I was spoken to. Never got a response or an apology. Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Unprofessional. Uncaring. Mean. Nasty. Unapologetic.

Clifftop at Hepburn This is the best dentist I have ever come across. I was personally recommended to him and must say that I am very grateful. Hes quite busy and it can be hard to get an appointment but its worth the wait. Michael is a perfectionist. I saw him fix my daughters filling for free because he was embarassed at the shoddy work done by a different dentist. Staff here are super efficient and the dental hygienist is a miracle worker with kids. Michael did very complex work on my implant and crowns. Its flawless.

Gemma Brindle Our daughter was in alot of pain with a tooth that had a previous filling from another dentist. She was terrified of going to the dentist due to bad experiences she had with the previous dentist. I rang to enquire about an appointment on my way to collect our daughter from school. The receptionist was lovely and sorted us an appointment just over an hour later. The female dentist my daughter saw was so friendly, calm and reassuring. She explained everything she was doing, when she was about to do it and if our daughter wasnt happy she tried an alternative but didnt push anything. The dentist was thorough and open about the issues she identified. This practice has restored our faith in decent dentists. We would absolutely recommend them.

Miss Renee Would not recommend- where do I start: 1. I got a second opinion from another dentist which is $2000 cheaper and is also more comprehensive. The other dentist is the Paediatric Dental Home. 2. There were additional tooth issues not spotted at this appointment. 3. I was provided with an itemised quote, compared to the vague quote I received from Kiddies Dental. 4. At the other dentist, only the cost of the gap between the charge and Medicare was taken at this appointment as well, which was only $130.50 as opposed to paying $270 and needing to claim through Medicare. (A much better client-friendly experience.)

Catherine Rzecki Dr. Abouzeid is obviously a very skilled Dental Surgeon. She was very thorough and worked with great precision, paying attention to every little detail, while also ensuring that I was comfortable at all times. She explained the multiple procedures every step of the way, and it was important to her that I was 100% happy with my smile when her work was finished. And I certainly was 100% happy. I was delighted. And equally important for me was her "bedside manner". Shes very friendly, caring, sincere, and even comforting. I would give her a rating of 10 stars if I could and I highly recommend her.

JP My rating is based on lack of transparency with regards to costs, and while I admit on my part I should’ve asked for the breakdown beforehand, as someone who works in private radiology, even these prices shocked me; the costs of 2 x-rays totalled about thrice the cost of the emergency consultation. I wish I had asked for a referral as they could’ve been bulk billed at any other radiology clinic, but we needed answers due to acute pain. My sibling who was the attendee was only advised of the consultation price. I’m a regular at the Point Cook clinic and the dentists and staff there are always polite and transparent with the costs, even without me asking. I’d hoped for the same at the Werribee clinic but am very disappointed. Today felt like we were taken advantaged of, and on a public holiday no less.

Mr jimjimjimmyjim The dental surgery seemed quite archaic in the resources and tools they used, but the service they provided by Dr Sim, was fantastic, one concern I did have is they gave me some paperwork they required I signed, despite that I was quite disoriented from the drugs they’d given me - so I didn’t really get to read it or understand it very well, other than this everything else seemed fine right up until I had to pay the bill. I accept that paying $600 for a wisdom tooth to be removed was an amount of money suitable to pay for the surgery I had. But without any warning of the possible cost before hand or without any capacity at all to have some form of payment plan (which violates my consumer rights), they insisted that if I did not pay any money on site they will call the police! And if I didn’t pay the full amount for the service provided they would refer the rest into a debt collector (which is also a breach of my consumer rights)! I was told, without a settlement agreement personally agreed upon with the owner of the surgery they never do any form of payment plan. After asking to speak to the owner I was told that I couldn’t because she was in Switzerland! Leaving me baffled as to why the person I spoke to felt compelled to tell me about the owner to start with?! Anyways, I hope they come to realise changing this part of their practice should be a no-brainer!

Alex Schneider Rude, impatient, doesn’t answer questions, palms you off charges you $190 and doesn’t even have the decency to say goodbye. On her website she states “She also has an interest in the non surgical (medical) aspects of oral disease and temporomandibular joint (jaw joint/facial pain).” She does not! Don’t be fooled, she gave me no information about how to deal with my tmj in a non surgical matter. However the reception team are amazing and gave me more information then the specialist did.

Swetha I was suffering with the wisdom tooth pain for over two weeks I went to my local clinic to get it treated ,they couldnt remove it at all they tried to take it out by giving numb help and anaesthetics but nothing worked I was left with so much pain becuase the tooth has be traumatized two times. I was under meds and they referred me to specialist so I was referred to Dr.felix sim he clearly explained me the ways of extracting it but promised me to give it a try by numbing the area once again. It only took 1 minute for him to take the tooth out. He did one thing different he gave anaesthetic to the nerve inside which was troubling and causing the pain to take the tooth . That helped me alot he did an excellent job and relieved me from such a horrible pain. So I guess its worth spending the money. Huge thanks to him. Soon would recommend this clinic and Felix sim if anyone is looking for wisdom tooth removal.
