5 /5 Ian Swann: I had an appointment for dental imagery. The two staff were very pleasant and friendly. They knew their job and I felt very comfortable. The appointment was covered by Medicare because I had a referral from a dental specialist to this practice where as another place closer to home didnt give Medicare cover. The image was going to be sent to my dental specialist so I didnt need to worry about losing a memory stick with the image on it. It was a goo experience and I can recommend his place.

1 /5 Bao Luong: Very disappointed, had some dental exrays done for my daughter over two weeks ago and still have not received copies of the exrays. Called up multiple times and staff have been unhelpful and have not contacted me back. It’s now causing delays with the doctor who requires the images. Will be asking for a refund and going elsewhere.

1 /5 Nicole Bellini: Incredibly horrible experience Would give 0 stars if I could. If your dentist sends you a referral for this place, forget about it. Youre better off finding your own Dental imaging services. The first time I booked a session I booked for 2pm. They called me at 11 am saying that I can come at any time and they would prefer if I came earlier. Fair. I on the other hand couldnt come any earlier, which was why I booked it for 2pm. The man on the phone went on for about 20 minutes to why I was wrong to make a booking at 2pm when I needed my CT for my dentist at 4pm. He said that I dont understand and that Im doing everything wrong. Fine, because he was the practitioner I went it earlier because I supposedly did not give then enough time to process the CT. I came in at 12:30 did my CT and waited 5 minutes for a copy of CT and then he sent me off. 5 MINUTES and my CTs were ready to go... I canceled my entire afternoon of meetings just so this guy can get an early day off work. Now the second biggest scam they do is pricing! My first trip he asked for my medicare and proceeded to tell me that IF i had medicare it would billed to them and that I did not have to pay. Completely FAIR because medicare DOES cover "only specialist dentist or General practitioners are able to send patients which are able to be bulk billed". Even my dentist asked if they charged me because the sent me a referral to DiGA. Now my second trip was also from a referral from the same dentist. My second trip he asked if i had medicare and gave him my card again, I was the second customer that day another woman was there before I was. He said the same thing to her as he said to me on my first visit If you have medicare It will be billed to them, If you dont it will cost $150. Then after they did her CT he came back to me and said It will cost you $150. I was taken back a bit and told him that he already has my medicare card, Ive been here before and they did not charge me last time and bulk billed to my medicare. He then proceeded to say a bunch of none sense excuses about how it has never been a medicare covered procedure, that they wouldve charged me last time and If i dont pay i dont get my CTs for my surgery. Because I had an urgent surgery needed in the next two days I did it anyways. Now the day before my surgery I call my dentist to connect me with the dental surgeon to speak to me and my father and my partner about what is expected on the day, how much it will costs, how long the surgery will be and etc and theyre running around trying to chase up my CT because they have not received it. TWO DAYS LATER no CT for MY DENTAL SURGEON... when on my first visit it took them 5 minutes. AND MY SURGERY WAS EXPECTED TO GO THROUGH THE NEXT MORNING!!! My entire family was stressed and angry and how unprepared and uninformed my expected surgery was. I literally had the same CTs taken just from a different angle. This place is a SCAM, Unreliable, WORST service ever! DONT GO! youre better off ditching your dentist referral and finding someone else.
